Analyze how to best engage someone in a conversation by researching their LinkedIn posts for motivations and finding key work skills from their job history. Based on someone's name and optionally company name, I'll try to find their LinkedIn profile and pull my research results from there.
NOTE: Limited to US LinkedIn entries due to some Agent.AI limitations.

Version 1.5 - thanks Agent.AI crew for the updates and suggestion - the agent should be stable now. It may not find everyone (it does use a Google search to find the LinkedIn page) but if it can, it'll generate the research.
